Vitality Review
If you’ve been tuning into the Podcast Summer Series you will know that over the six weeks of the UK Summer hols Fi and I are dropping by each week with a very practical, hopefully entirely manageable, mini challenge to help reduce a little overwhelm and raise your vitality.
In week 4 we turn our attention from Overwhelm to my absolute favourite topic of Vitality. The challenge is to complete a vitality review and to dedicate a small amount of time each day for the at least the next week to prioritising your vitality over anything else.
What that looks like will be entirely personal to you and I’m sure if you work through and reflect on the questions below you’ll get some insight as to what would be most enjoyable.
